Remko Smaak studied Commercial Sciences at EHSAL in Brussels. He has worked in sales and marketing departments of companies in a large variety of sectors, always focusing on the development of new markets and exciting new products. He started in the paper and supplies industry, moved though music and multimedia, internet and after that Toshiba Tec, where he was European Sales Manager of the Identification and Printing Division.

The thread that returns throughout his working experience is the creation of value added distributions networks to serve customers to the best of his abilities.

Wendy Lefebvre got his pharmacist’s degree at Leuven University and complemented it with an MBA at the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School. He has worked in several pharmacies, lead the marketing department of 2Care (a division of Omega Pharma) and after that the one of Biodynamics.

He has an extended product and market knowledge and has an up to date understanding of regulatory and Belgian legislation concerning pharmaceutical and cosmetic products as well as medical devices. The setup and introduction of new market oriented product ranges has always been his key point of occupation.
